My sister went into labor a little less than two months early and delivered a little girl about forty-five minutes ago. They're air-lifting the baby to Children's Hospital in St. Louis and my sis will stay overnight out in Washington, MO until they release her to go be with the baby. Docs are saying everything's okay, but we're still worried sick. I've got a candle going, but would really appreciate some positive thoughts our way. We've never had a little one show up quite so early before, so we're a bit skittish.
Baby's doing just fine, thanks to everyone's efforts! She's off of all tubes except a small IV now, and is even feeding from Mama! She's still in the NICU, but that's only because she's small. She's the healthiest baby there.
Thanks to all who sent energy and thought of her. I'm sure she'll be coming home soon, and I'll try and post a pic of that happy day.
