Hey folks--
Picked up on this idea from a fan website for the show "24"... We might want to remember that some folks who have yet to read all of the RGI books-- or even any of them yet for that matter-- could possibly drop in on this message board. We certainly don't want to screw up their enjoyment of the novels, so it might be a good idea that if you are going to post a message discussing a particular plot, character, or incident in one of the books, you give them a warning.
On the fan site they do this by requiring that you put the words "WARNING SPOILERS" in the subject. Personally, I think this might be a good practice for us to adopt. That way, if someone reads the message and has a plot element given away to them before they actually read the book, they cannot say that they weren't warned.
I think it will help avoid angry messages and hurt feelings.

Good idea...maybe a *spoiler* should be put in the 'Marriage' thread cause Ms. Albright isn't around for the first couple of books...tho I don't think just knowing about her would actually spoil anything...

i get where you're comin' from here Murv...however, i think it should be some kind of Federal requirement to have read the books before dicking on the message boards...
but at the same time, i've been known to do some dicking myself...so what the hell, lets do it. for the children.
